Founder/Lead Consultant
Julie Lago, MSW, LICSW, BT-CC
Julie is a dynamic leader in social work, renowned for her pioneering efforts in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and co-occurring mental health needs. As the Founder of Connection All Ways and the creator of Bookends Therapy™, she bridges the gap between IDD and mental health care. Julie's expertise extends to executive leadership and education, where she also serves as the Executive Director at the National Center for START Services®, as well as an adjunct professor at the University of New Hampshire, sharing her passion and knowledge with the next generation of social workers.
Marketing Communications Consultant
Alicia Buono, BA
Alicia supports Connections All Ways, PLLC as a Marketing Communications Consultant. She is a professional with decades of experience in both the profit and non-profit sectors. Alicia earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University’s College of Communications and she credits her more recent educational journey to the UNH Institute on Disability’s NH Leadership training series as well as the NH/ME Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) program. Both programs expanded her network and access to real-life local and national advocacy and grassroots experiences.
Alicia re-focused her training and time to disability advocacy ten years ago when she was seeking tools to improve her son’s access to inclusive education and services. It was clear early in that transition that merging her background in communications with her passion for disability rights and equity was the ideal path forward for her career. Currently she works on the communications team at New Futures and has been serving on the ABLE NH Board of Directors for much of the past decade She is the parent of three children and resides with them and her husband in the Seacoast region of New Hampshire.
Clinical Consulting & Training
Kevin Blanchette, LCMHC, BT-CC
Kevin, is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Bookends Therapy® Certified Clinician, educator, and trainer specializing in communication, conflict navigation, and boundary-setting. His work focuses on supporting individuals and professionals in engaging more effectively across differences, particularly in complex situations involving trauma, psychosis, and developmental disabilities. He teaches the next generation of clinicians as an Adjunct Professor teaching Group Counseling at New England College.
Kaile Moore, MA
Kaile is a Public Guardian in New Hampshire with a strong background in clinical mental health and disability services. She previously served as a Clinical Service Coordinator specializing in adults with acquired brain disorders (ABD), and later as a clinician focused on traumatic brain injury (TBI) and trauma recovery. Kaile has received specialized EMDR training tailored to TBI populations and has extensive experience supporting clients through complex behavioral, medical, and systems-level challenges. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is committed to ensuring dignity, autonomy, and person-centered advocacy for the individuals she serves.
